About Us
The Greenwich Nursing and Health Care Registry, Inc. was founded in 1930 by the Alumnae Association of Greenwich Hospital School of Nursing. The nurses formed an association to provide private duty care to patients in the hospital, in the home and while traveling. Today, the Registry continues to be operated by nurses.
For more than 88 years, the Registry has continued to grow and expand as the needs of the community have changed. In addition to registered nurses, our membership includes licensed practical nurses and certified nursing aides.
The Registry is a reputable referral service for professional caregivers with a long standing history of excellence and responsiveness to patient needs.
