What is a Referral Service?

A service registered by the State of Connecticut that refers
Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Aides to provide care to clients in their private homes, hospitals, rehab facilities, nursing homes, assisted living or where ever services are needed.

What are the advantages of using a Referral Service?

 

  • Clients and family can choose their caregivers.

  • Flexibility with scheduling and level of care.

  • No contractual obligation; cancellation at anytime without penalty.

  • Health care decisions are directed by you, your physician, family member or health care proxy.

  • On-call nurse available 24 hours a day.

 

Do you accept insurance?

Private duty care is generally an out-of pocket expense, however, clients with long-term care policies may be entitled to reimbursement. This is not a Medicare covered expense.

 

How far in advance do I need to call you?

We’ve been very successful at fulfilling caregivers request with little notice. We will make every effort not to disappoint our clients.
